Terms of Service

The deal

We give you a place to take and create trivia. You agree to use it as intended: answer honestly, comment civilly, don't try to break things.

Your account

• One account per person.
• You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
• We can suspend or delete an account that abuses the platform: spam, harassment, cheating, mass-low-quality submissions.

User content

Quizzes, comments, and submissions you post stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform. If you delete your account, we delete your content too (subject to short retention for backups).

Don't post:

• Other people's copyrighted work without permission.
• Hate speech, harassment, or doxxing.
• Sexually explicit content or content involving minors.
• Quizzes designed to mislead, push political agendas under a trivia veneer, or harvest personal data.

Moderation

Submitted quizzes go through a human review. Comments can be reported by any signed-in user. Admins can hide, edit, or remove anything that violates these terms. Repeat offenders get banned.

Premium

When premium subscriptions launch: refunds within 7 days, no questions. After that, cancel anytime; access continues until the period you paid for ends.

No warranty

ThreeRoads is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it up, but we don't promise it. Our liability is capped at whatever you've paid us in the last 12 months (which, for free users, is zero).

Disputes

If we can't work something out informally, the venue is Wilmington, Delaware, USA, under Delaware law. You can also use small claims court in your jurisdiction for individual disputes.
